Strada Return Policy

At Strada Trumpets, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, most items may be returned within 14 days of delivery or purchase for a refund of the original purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, showing no signs of damage, alteration, abuse, excessive wear, neglect, or misuse. Instruments may be tested and evaluated but must be returned in like-new condition, free from dents, scratches, corrosion, missing parts, or modifications.

All original accessories and materials must be included, including cases, mouthpieces, certificates, care kits, manuals, and any other items originally shipped with the product.

Customers must contact Strada Trumpets to obtain a Return Authorization before returning any merchandise. Returns received without prior authorization may be refused.

We recommend using a reliable carrier and purchasing shipping insurance when returning merchandise. Strada Trumpets is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during return shipping. Customers are responsible for any damage resulting from improper packaging of returned items. Any item received damaged due to insufficient packaging may be refused or subject to a reduction in the refund amount to cover repair or replacement costs.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a defective item or an error on our part.

All returned merchandise is inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy may be refused or may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom ordered, commissioned, personalized, or special-order instruments and accessories

• Mouthpieces, cleaning products, and other consumable items that have been used

• Items that have been altered, repaired, modified, engraved, or customized after delivery

• Clearance, closeout, or final sale items

Refunds will be issued only to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days after the return has been processed for the refund to appear on your account.

Strada Trumpets reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
